Very pleased with dry cleaning services. They are amazing. They are the very best! Highly recommended!

Always passed this place going to work and thought i'd give it a try. I was impressed by the friendly welcoming chatty young lady serving. Never had a problem with the service but last week my shirts were not ready in time and i had a meeting. I was fuming... The lady took my number and assured me she would do her best. Within an hour she called me and explained she would jump on a train to her factory to collect my shirts. I picked them up with time to spare for my meeting.
What a star!!! Now that is what i call going the extra mile..

I was recommended this dry cleaners by a colleague of mine and I must say the service is fantastic.
The girl on the dry cleaners section is friendly and welcoming and the guys who cut my keys were just as nice... All round great service.

Unable to be flexible when I challenged to say keys that they cut did not work. Showed my receipt and explained that I did not want them to recut because they were so badly done 1st time and it was too far for me to come back again should same happen (which I now think was likely going by other negative reviews they and the Liverpool Street branch get)! I did not expect to get my money back but really thought they could knock a couple of quid off the repair of the shoes I needed heeled. But was told for this to happen bring issue to the email of head office which I did.. 3 x time but n/r

Extraordinarily poor service. Will never use again.

Use this place regularly for shirts and suits, ~£2 for a shirt and ~£10 for dryclean suits. Never failed me, and they must have cleaned about 50 shirts of mine now

Last time I left a dress there, in March 2014, they lost it. Staff was understanding but helpless. I struggled to get the manager's contact & really needed to chase him. He eventually admitted that they gave my expensive dress to another customer but I am still waiting to get a refund of the dress & the dry cleaning, even though he has the receipt & all elements. It's been 5 months...

I've used this place for my shirts about 3 times but the last time they all smelt musty like they've actually been hanging on the platform.
Staff are generally friendly and I used it for convenience but
I won't use it again.
