I got three items drycleaned with A Class Dry Cleaners over a month ago, two came back and one "went missing" - I have been in numerous times to get to the bottom of it and they keep giving me excuses and telling me they will call me, which they have never done. I would suggest that anyone steers clear of them unless you do not mind losing your clothes!

If an item is missing, which is a rare case, we will pay the cost of the item. If we find the missing item, we will return to its owner as soon as we can. I am sure you have already collected your missing item. There is nothing to get to the bottom of it. Our customers do mind losing their clothes as we do mind losing our customers. We take our customer's concerns very seriously, and continue to provide the best service as possibly can. Well, we all know that it is practically impossible to make some customers happy.
