2hr Smart Clean

The shopkeeper is extremely obnoxious and rude to the customers. On my way back I remembered that I forgot to tell the tailor something and so I called the store again to convey my message. This lady picked up the phone & started yelling “why have you called Why did you not tell the tailor earlier… you can come and take your stuff back and we will not be doing it for you ”. I was flabbergasted as I have never seen a shopkeeper with temper issues in London. I went back to the store to collect my stuff and asked her what’s wrong, to which she said why are you calling. I was shocked & I told her that I’m paying you for a service & I want to ensure that it’s done perfectly the way I want it and if you don’t want customers to call you then you should put a board outside your store saying the same. She was not willing to concede and was arrogant, contemptuous and disrespectful. I would not suggest any sane person to go there for any kind of service!!

I will never use their services. They are not serious and Take money for doing nothing. I had a jacket to wash and change the zipper and they didn’t do anything. And I paid 45 pounds what for ?

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! those guys are professionals! quality - 100% . I needed my jacket to be cleaned asap, was done in less than 2h!!! service absolutely amazing! now I know the best dry cleaners in LONDON!!!

I had an emergency & they sorted it out!

i used this cleners out of my way as i was desparate, i clean about evey two three weeks & spend about 30 pounds.
my cleners are ok, i was curious as they always look busy, and i drove past there every day.
i must say there is a marked diffrence in cleaning , im not an expert but id say about 15% clener then my regular..and they sent me a txt when it was done, ill be going back

I used the above drycleaners and was totaly amazed as to the service I recieved from the minute i strolled in only to ask a price, i decided to test them out with my office shirts five of them to be exact and 4 of my office suits well i was most surprised as the counter staff explanied that my 5th shirt was free to clean and if i had brought in a 5th suit it would have also been free to clean well the hounesty was there 100%. i asked the staff if they would be cleaned properly as ive had bad expericences from prevouse cleaners i was assured and was amazed at the high quialty and hounest service let alone my credit card and 10 pound note was returned in a sealed envolope upon my collection. so now i wont even empty my pockets knowing i have a hounest service awaiting me
