Had my curtains collected and delivered and rehang. The team that came were really helpful. They also fixed the wooden pelmet that my builders could not do. The Manageress Andrea is alway a delight to deal with, extremely efficient and very sincere lady. Would recommend to everyone who lives in Maida Vale area. I think they have just opened another branch in St Kohns Wood High Street.... So you do not need to schlep to W9

Wow, I am so pleased I was not the recipient of the bad service the previous people encountered. My experience has been simply amazing.

It started with having a skeepskin drycleaned, however they did not bring it to it's original condition. Having waited months to deal with this, the staff in the shop was nice, friendly and helpful and the Head Office trying to come to a good resolution, I was pleased to discover that not only they have refunded me the amount but they gave me several vouchers to use against cleaning of future items in their shop. Indeed prices are a bit high though.

I have to agree with the other comment - the price is faintly ridiculous (£18.50 for a suit and shirt) and the service is laughable. I was told my suit would be ready on Friday - went in on Saturday and they couldn't find the trousers, so they said they would call me. Called back a few hours later saying they had been found, so I went in on Monday morning, by which point they had lost them again. I had to wait for 30mins for them to find them, with no apology or offer of a discount or refund. Many other dry cleaners in the area and I'll certainly be trying them out.

I have to say I am disappointed specifically with the pricing, and the customer service of this branch. The prices are palpably more expensive compared to other companies- EVEN with the 'Priority Club Membership Card' which after paying an annual fee of about GBP 20-25 gives you 10% discount for a year. On top of that an optional hand service at an extra charge of about GBP 2-3 per item seems to be heavily recommended, and to be honest I can't tell the difference in the outcome of the service. For example, a simple cocktail dress with minor ruching detail was priced at about GBP 24 (including the 10% discount, without the optional hand service). Furthermore, for an 'American' dry cleaning company, this branch certainly lacks customer service. Over the several months that I regularly went, I barely ever got a smile and even a 'thank you' out of one particular miserable employee behind the counter. I strongly suggest walking 5 minutes down the road to another dry cleaner which offers better service, better value, and much better customer service.
