Swintons have been the most unhelpful Insurance company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I have been waiting for a refund since November 2009 and five months later I am still waiting. This was caused by staff negligence.
The staff are in great need of customer care training.
The mismanagement from the the local office manager appears to flow down to the shop floor.
I get the impression that no one really knows what they are doing....
Their staff change like the wind, no individual takes ownership of any one case.
I also am under the belief that no one really cares once they have the money.
In part 2 I only entered 1 as there was no 0.
They are full of empty promises. It is very easy to blame someone else. State I will call you back then do nothing... I have even complained via the Swinton website: To no avail. Next stop is the company CEO followed by the FSA
