Enfield Bush Hill Service Station

I went to get petrol on 29/09/21 at around 20.00 The person working shouted at me and waved his hands told me to go back after 23.00. He complained that he had been there since 6. I am a key worker for NHS and was shocked at the way he acted. This is my local garage and always get my petrol there as I live up the road. This man along with the one who relieved him are both rude and intimidating. I have 4 childing including my husband and friends who visit there regularly but I'm afraid we will not be getting petrol there anymore. Sooo disappointed and shocked by their behaviour.

Staff on separate occasions were rude and unhelpful. I once witnessed a manager laugh at a customers complaint about their staff's attitude.

Today I needed to buy 5 copies of a newspaper for work. I stopped here in the morning to purchase them and, picked up my 5 copies. When I took them to the cashier I was informed that I was not allowed to buy them because someone else might want to buy one. I said that I thought this was a shop and there are no signs saying you are not allowed to buy papers but was told they have some regulars who like to buy the paper.

The tone was really rude and I felt extremely embarrassed in front of the other customers in being made to feel as if I had done something wrong.

If you do not wish to sell papers to people perhaps you should not have them outside, displayed as if they are available to buy. Or you could put a sign saying that only regular customers are allowed to buy the newspapers to avoid humiliating your customers.
