My son in his 40s returning a Hoover to Amazon at this drop off shop for a 91yrs person in SW1 was told that the Bar Code didn’t match & that they didn’t
take in large parcels.....the 2 Male members of staff were very unhelpful &
rude.
My son had to bring it back to our home in Barnet Hertfordshire by
Tube, we contacted Amazon & it was the correct bar code & Hermes drop off
Shops have to take all parcels up to 15kg Hoover was 7.1kg.

We have had no problem with my local drop off.....so I would be very wary of
this place & certainly would never recommend it.
