I brought in my Golf R32 a few weeks ago for a service and MOT having close by. My experience:
I emailed to enquire about a service and MOT and received an articulate and polite email with details on several slots that were available in the proceeding few days.
As soon as I arrived I was met with a warm welcome from Matt, the garage manager. He was clear in communicating how long the service would take and reassured me that any additional work would be confirmed upfront. I was also asked how I found out about the garage, a good sign that the business is focused on long-term sustainability.
When I dropped off the car I was contacted the following day and informed about additional work required. Matt was clear and not pushy. I decided to proceed with the work and the car was ready the following day.
Upon pick up, I was taken through the work and things I should keep on top of.
