Car wash has been dysfunctional for 6 years, causing damage to vehicle. Add to that moronic staff who don’t give a heck about customers.

Listen to their customers and take their comments in the constructive way they were offered.
When I used the car wash it didn't appear to be working properly, when I mentioned this to the supervisor the response was that I was in the wrong.
