£800+ for teeth to be removed from a Yorkshire terrier is beyond a joke. How is this even justified for such small dog

What a complete rip off for my elderly parents to pay when they were originally quoted no more than £400. What a position to be placed in when collecting there dog.

Please re think about using this "Vets"

COMPLETE CON ARTISTS! My cat was taken here as we usually use Staton James surgery but they were closed. He has a bite on his back leg and as the vet looked at his leg she said 'oh sh*t that's awful' she gave him 3 fluids and 2 antibiotics to bring his apparent temperature down, then told me 'the prognosis is not good'. This made me feel as though my cat would need to be put to sleep! She then said my cat would need emergency surgery tomorrow morning to drain his joints and this would cost a minimum of £600!!! I told her I would arrange this with my usual vet staton in the morning. I left the surgery and had to pay £113 for a consultation, a antibiotic jab and fluids to re-hydrate him. I then went to my normal vets the day after expecting my cat to have emergency surgery that morning to be given 10-days worth of antibiotics and told that there was absolutely no need for surgery as there is no need for the joints to be drained and that it is DEFINITELY NOT LIFE THREATENING. I can't even begin to explain how incredibly helpful this vet has been. Finding a vet that really cares, genuinely wants to help and offers affordable, quality healthcare for pets is rare. Never in my life have I come across a nicer, more helpful vet.

Very nice vet thorough and knew what he was doing, hence didnt get stung for EXSPENSIVE blood tests etc Etc. diagnosed my cat and treated her. The best thing about this vet it's drop in and no appointment

The vet is very nice and understanding, he handled my bunny ever so well, one thing they DO need to improve on though is their pricing, I find that they are far too expensive, at least its good service.
