Inexplicable,incredible and awful service provided by your doctors!
Awful experience with your cashier (old lady with glasses)!

I came to this vet with my seven puppies for their first visit and asked the staff to give them all their up to date treatments plus shots...etc.

After the doctors finished the first vaccine, the puppies data was saved and entered into the computer, then they told us they were up to date with all the treatments and scheduled us for the second vaccine very quickly so they could be sure that we do them all. Then at checkout we were charged £870 for the two doses of the vaccine (the second dose wasn't even done, it was due in 2 weeks).
ok, I paid the whole amount and didn't ask for too many explanations! So, I asked if I don't have to bring all the puppies to the next vaccine, what happens to the amount paid for the vaccine and they said no problem, the money will be returned to me for the puppies that were not brought. to the vaccine. Then I gave three of the seven to their owners and got to the second vaccine with only four of them. After they were given their second shot knowing that we had finished all treatments and shots and that we wouldn't be coming back for a few months, I asked what worm and flea treatment they had given my pups as they have had diarrhea for about 2 weeks and we want to know what specific treatment, because the puppies do not recover and are dehydrated. They all shrugged their shoulders not knowing what was administered to them..
I said, ok.. I was leaving, but please call me and tell me what was given to them. At the cashier, I asked for the refund of the extra money paid for the canceled vaccines (3 vaccines), and the cashier promised me that she would call me on Monday and we would return the money over the phone, this happened on Friday. I wondered why my money is not returned at that moment and I have to wait 3 days?! It's not right at all, it's my money, why should I wait 3 days when she can do it at that moment. I accepted that too, without saying anything. But on Monday, of course no one called, I called again on Tuesday and asked again what treatment the puppies received for fleas and worms. They said they would call me in half an hour and tell me what they got. Of course they didn't call then either. Then I got in my car, drove an hour to this vet to see for myself why I am not getting my money back and why they are not calling me to tell me what treatment the puppies received. When I walked in, the cashier looked at me very strangely, knowing it was her fault that she didn't call me to return my money and give me the requested information, she immediately went home. I asked to speak to the doctor. In the doctor's office, I noticed that no one gave my puppies any treatment for fleas and worms. I asked how it was possible that I was asked to do all the treatments for my dogs, and they only did the vaccines!!! How?!
Then I started shaking with anger and told them that my pups could die because, at the most important time of their lives, they were not given the worm treatment. I didn't even get an apology from them!!

Now the admin of this vet, if you read my review, knowing that I have changed my address and continue to come to you and use your services, even though I have to drive an hour there and an hour back.
How do you request the cash advance? How can you not keep your promise to call your customers to give them all the information if that was the agreement?
How do you not notice that the chickens did not receive the treatment for fleas and worms? It is in your best interest to notice this and at least suggest that your clients give their puppies those treats, because they can die!

How is it possible that we have been customers of this vet for several years and you don't care about us at all?! How?!
