I called so worried about my cat limping.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, the receptionist was loveley- being disabled she helped me carry my cat in and made sure i got home safely.
The Vet was absolutely fantastic, made sure foreign body was no longer in hind leg, picked up an infection on whole pad of paw, promptly administered fast acting anti-biotics (made me feel re-assured that my little one was already getting better) and was very patient as was the dispensing lady in helping me to understand how to treat the infection, how to use a collar and how to administer all of the medicines.
I was very very relieved and am so happy that my little one is now on the mend.
I left a donation and will do so regularly.I would really appeal to everyone that can to do so to do so as they receive no funding from government.
For disabled people or those with anxiety or lonely people their pets are like family and are therapeutic also.

PLEASE DONATE TO THE BLUE CROSS.

My Staff Coco is 4 years old & ruptured her curitate ligament & damaged the Mis midsule ( if that's how u spell it) not just one knee but both one was much worse than the other. The nurses & vets that did the 1st surgery were absolutly fantastic they look after her do well & were so caring, gave great feedback. Today 27th October she has the other leg done & I'm certain she will be treated as if she was their dog especially as she gets nervous and loves a cuddle. Thank you very much for your kindness & her treatment you are all special kind people.

Absolutely fantastic service. Staff are wonderful and they take care of my pets like their own.

It is a shame that some people using the service (which is a donation only) treat the staff very badly.

Definately the best service my pets have ever received.
