Please avoid at all cost!!!
Told me misleading Information when I bought my dog in I checked several times before appointment and at the appointment if you would accept direct claim, I got told multiple they would accept direct claim because I’m on low income, 4 months down the line my pet insurance finally goes to pay them and I get told they don’t accept a direct claims. So why I’ve been lied to for 4 months I don’t know, I will be taking all my evidence further and I will not be using this vets ever again as well as my friends and family. I will also be posting this publicly so no one else falls into the same trap and lies that I have. It’s so unfair to treat someone like this why lie to someone for so long especially when they suffer extreme mental health issues. I have evidence of communications between ourselves and not once did I get told about not accepting direct claims until yesterday 4 months down the line

My cats used to attend this vets, so glad they no longer.
The checks are very rushed, they do not take the time to explain concerns at all or make you feel that they are there for your pet.
The staff are not clued up on certain medications or fully understand what ceratin issues are that you need.
The receptionist staff are absolutely rude no manners they need re-training. The politeness there isn't any at this vets so glad my cats now to to a vets with excellent customer service and explanation is valid, in acton.

I have been with Alcombe veterinary for many years, have been very happy with their services for my dogs, the receptionists and the Vets are very caring and pet loving group, however today (5th of May 2021) I was very disappointed with their Vet , a temporary one. She had no communication skills, just talking rather than explaining, she was in a hurry , I felt as if she wanted me and my dog out of her room. She was either nervous or was not qualified enough. Unlike any vet that I have seen before. Very upsetting. I have asked to see another vet for my dog’s booster injection.

Wonderful caring staff and vet this evening who gave a efficient check on my cat.
