In 2012 The Winch took over the Belsize Community Library from Camden Council, who were on the verge of closing it down. It was clearly important to keep it as a library, and that’s exactly what The Winch has done. Today it remains the beautiful Belsize Park space that it has been since it was built in 1937. We welcome everyone in the local community and beyond!
Becoming a member is easy! You can do it in person at the library, please bring proof of address with you.
Printing and photocopying is available: 15p per page black and white, 50p per page colour.
Belsize Book Club takes place the last Monday of the month 4pm – 5.30pm
Crafternoons are on Wednesdays 1pm-2.30pm and are for creatives to get together and learn skills from each other!
