After service is very slow. They are fast when you are about to sign a contract and will contact you almost every day to push you to sign tenancy contract. But after that no more. We were marketed with a property and was promised with a habitable and at par to professional standard one, only to find out that after moving in, the property has lots of issues especially on sanitary and health concerns. Check in inventory was even given a couple of days after moving in, and issues were very evident in the inventory. In my opinion, the property was not even supposed to be marketed and rented
knowing that there are issues in it. This is just a form of misinformation to mislead the consumers. Now I am reaching out to them to help me unwind the contract and assist me but as if no one really cares, when in fact they are the one who represented the Landlord in the tenancy agreement. I have a pregnant wife and a 19-month old baby and I wanted a place where we can all settle comfortably, but thanks to them we are in this very stressful situation.

Rude, Waste of time

Arranged for a viewing, Didn't come to the location. Waited for an hour. Repeated calls for them were fallen on deaf ears.

Miss lead, continued to pretend that someone will arrive. How ever no one turned up. Left with frustration

LIARS, LIARS, LIARS. From the beginning of December until mid February they were lying and misleading about a house they had on the market. They said they had problems with keys, tenants, etc. and were not able to arrange viewings. I called numerous times within 3 months' perios and was always told the same story - that they will soon get the keys and start arranging viewings. All of a sudden they say in the mid February the house was sold to a buyer who made an offer in November and were just waiting for the money to be transferred. Time wasters and very dishonest. Be careful!

I would like to say that this company is very helpful and kind. They have really helped me in finding a new property and I highly recommend actively looking people to go through them. Their fees are affordable. Other agencys always have hidden fees.

Elliot lee is the worst property agent i have ever dealt with. they will over charge you for all possible things and create fictitious work to charge for it. they will also create fake debt notices to you with no notice provided and send debt collecting agencies to the tenant.

Their fees is hghest in the market and fleece both the owner and tenant to extreme exents

they are alos good at writing threatning letters to you and must have numerous cases runnign against them

their staff is the rudest possible you find on the streets and you better be mugged on the street than deal with the

I took up a tenancy with elliot lee last yr. not only did they practically harrass me over 2wk period to get papers signed when I initially viewed the house the "tenants" ie landlord made out to be someone else n obviously elliot knew...I was mislead in regards to the heating which I was told was electric heating n being new to all this renting didn't think twice to check their details presumed the heating was just that electrically supplied it was until I moved in that I realised "they"had supplied me with 2 portable electric heaters the ones u buy from home base/Argos to heat the whole house. Our shower didn't work either from sept to oct so complained for six weeks even msged the landlord who was avoiding me until I randomly bumped into him then took further 2weeks to sort out n to top it electrician declared the house a fire hazard n unsafe!
I complained on numerous occasions but nothing was done, I wouldn't even recommend elliot lee to my worse enemy, bunch off cowboys!

Hi All,

Just wanted to share my exp with Elliot Lee, which has been a pain.

Just for selling and getting good commssion, they advertised a Part-Furnished property as "fully furnished", also when we went to view the property the agent never told us that its part furnished and did not tell us the items the property comes with.

When with all the trouble we moved to the property, we were shocked to see that thre was only bed, sofa and white goods in the property....no microwave, no hoover , no dining set and not even a single chair to sit on. We immediately called the landlady to express our dissapointment, but to our surprise she said it was a part furnished property.

We also mailed the agent who was dealing with the case, but received no reply, then we called the another agen from the same office, she assured us that someone would get back to us, but no one did. finally, I took a copy of the complaint to the office at Rayners lane and personally made then receive the letter. Still its been one week no response is there from thier side.

They just were so indifferent to us and our problems after receiving thier commission.
