This agent are very professional in dealing with my housing need, I walked in to the office as I was disappointed by a landlord, as soon tabled my need the manager reassured me that he will find me a suitable home and that is what I got . I recommend this small but very reliable agent . I now lived at my home since 8 months

Do yourself a BIG favour and don't deal with these cowboys, they are rip off merchants of the highest order.
Most of their rental stock is substandard, they moved me into a filthy flat with inadequate insulation and heating, despite lots of promises that it would be cleaned blah, blah, blah..
The landlord they put me with clearly did not give a toss, and trying to get repairs done was impossible.
They advertised my flat at one price online and then added an additional £40 service charge- for services that were never provided.
Their speciality is renting sub standard flats to tenants on housing benefit for extortionate rents-disgraceful!
I would be very careful about signing anything they put in front of you, it's probably not worth the paper it's written on. Dodgy with a capital "D". AVOID.

Really surprised at your experience.
I have been dealing with these guys since 2002. Whenever there was need to change, I returned to them. I have lived in my present location since 2005, obtained through Focus. Perfect flat couldn't ask for more. Very supportive. They have even found property for my friends who are equally happy.
