We went to Homeview Estate Agents to find tenants for our rental properties. I am leaving this review after 3 months of receiving Homeview Estate Agents' service I am so glad to be a part of Homeview. Homeview team who dealt with the process from start to finish was superb, They are so helpful and professional in the listing, finding a tenant and getting everything sorted. After Homeview Estate agents were recommended to us by one of my friends, we would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for everything

Fantastic service from Homeview Estates ....... lead extremely well by Bobby the manager, such a profesional guy.
Homeview sold our house after 3 viewings and helped us find our new home. Not only do they help us in finding our new house, but also help us in Mortage as well. I must say very professional they are.

Fantastic service from Homeview Estates ....... such a professional team.
Homeview sold our house after 3 viewings and helped us find our new home. Not only do they help us in finding our new house, but also help us in Mortgage as well. I must say very professional they are.

I have used Homeview for all of my property transactions for the last 10 years or so. They have always been extremely helpful, have found tenants really quickly, and their rates are reasonable.

Excellent service great communication. They promised me they finish my Kitchen and bathroom on time and the way they deal with the price to materials everything was remarkable. I Highly recommend Homeview Estate to my family and friends. Cheers

We purchased our property through HOMEVIEW as a buy to let and experienced an efficient, smooth and speedy service. As a result we decided to use HOMEVIEW letting services to fully manage the property.
We had considerable interest as soon as the property advert went live and two applications within 4 days. The property is now rented, statements and rental payments have been prompt.
We are extremely satisfied with the service provided to date and would definitely recommend HOMEVIEW Sales and Letting to other landlords.

Homeview has successfully let my property. As I do not reside in the UK, it has been vital that I have a reliable trustworthy company to source appropriate tenants and then oversee and manage the let. Bobby is both professional and personable and always deals with any queries in a timely manner.

We know the company were reliable because we had dealt with them when previously buying and letting our properties. We have recently give our upper town property, tenants are very nice. Overall the performance of the company and staff is excellent. I wouldn't look at any other estate agents.

Hi i am very satisfied with the service provided by Homeview Estate Agents.They have not only done their job very well.They give finest touch to my kitchen as well.I was very worried from the leakage issue they sort out this problem as well.From last 2 weeks i am very happy no leakage problem at all. We approach Homeview estate agents to get our architectural plans for our loft. We were surprised, how they helped from getting the plans drawn submitted to the local council and application approved within 6 weeks. We have to say they were very reasonable in price and done a fantastic job on the build. We have recommend them to our family and friends.Best of luck to Homeview and its team:)

Hi, I'll recommend using this estate agents,my parents rented their house through them. From last 7 years they are satisfied with their work and never had any issue about tenancy agreement or rent. If you would like to pay an estate agents there fee for renting your property than go to Homeview estate agents.

Hi, I am dealing with Homeview from last 5 years....i must appreciate their dealing. They had my 2 properties and i had no headache of rent, deposit and maintains....... When i give my property they insure me now i don't need to take any kind of tension now its their responsibility how to handle each and everything. Hi, i was looking for property ..I go to many estate agents the way they treated was very rude..one day i was searching on net i read about Homeview Estate Agents i went to their office the way they deal with their customers are remarkable specially the owner was very nice.....He listen to me carefully n show me the property as per i always wished...i highly recommend this Estate agency to all the the locals and as well as the landlords who wish a honest and lowest prices dealer....I am not saying that just because he fulfill my wish just because of my own experience i am saying that..Gd luc
