Bruten

I can't believe Bruten & co is still allowed to operate. They are the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful people I have ever met in my entire life. Please do not use this company. You will lose time, money and be sick worrying and stressing. How they can treat you so badly, I am shock to the bones.

Possibly the worst agent I have ever dealt with. They DO lie and resort to bullying. They also have no clue on the legality of letting arrangements or contracts whatsoever. I would recommend avoiding Bruten whether you are a landlord or a prospective tenant.

My experience very different, thought were very good, recommend. I'm old tenant.

The worst estate agent in my whole life! I even got shouted at when I complained about the need of fixing various things in the flat. They don't let you contact the landlord and refuse to spend any money in the property without informing the landlord. (I guess it is easier for them to get the managing fee without doing a thing!)
I hope that any landlord or potential tenants can read all those bad reviews not make the same mistakes.
