Interlet are a great company. They had an extensive list of properties which they were able to arrange viewings for and definitely kept me busy! I managed to find a property in just 4 days which was perfect as I was rushed off my feet with work. Paying a one off fee was definitely a bonus compared to other agents with hidden fees and overblown admin costs!

If you use this company make sure you pay by credit card and keep a timeline of all communication. I got a refund only by threatening them with legal action. Awful service, they arrange viewings up front and you will never hear from them again. the only time my agent started contacting me was to arrange the refund.

I had looked at many properties via just as many estate agents previously. Interlet arranged viewings for the property which I liked and put an offer on. I was particularly impressed by Maria's knowledge of the local area she was polite and I found her very approachable and responsive. I will also say that when Maria was not available other members of staff were also very helpful and polite. In summary I think interlet is a good introductory agency for finding properties. I would have no hesitation in recommending Interlet and using the services again.

I was very pleased with the professional attitude of this the kind people at interlet from start to finish. From the smart and professionally run office to the manner and efficiency of the consultants throughout the house searching process, I was very impressed, especially considering my experience with other companies. The consultants always went out of their way to answer questions, they responded quickly to emails and phone calls and they chased up the landlords when necessary. The house searching process was smooth, swift and pain free as a result. I would highly recommend interlet!

Rip off! Wouldn't go near them again if you paid me. Charged £120 for the "privelege" of seeing their properties. (Of course they didn't mention this on the phone before I traveled halfway across the country). Staff very unhelpful and rude. And was "unable" to connect me to a manager, ever. Clearly he's fed up with having all these complaints.

It is not easy to find accommodation in London. Luckily I found Interlet that help me to find me good accommodation. I found my best accommodation within a week. Thank you for the consultants that helps me. Best service - Thumbs up!

I had the misfortune to spend two weeks looking for accommodation in central London. I was very dubious about using an agent as I had a very bad experience going through an agent several years ago when helping my sister to find an accommodation. However I was helped by Lili and the rest of her team, they were friendly efficient and did exactly what they said. Lili helps me to negotiate the price with the landlords. She manage to found the accommodation that I wanted. The only drawback from the service is we pay quite high just for book appointments and viewings property. I found out that another agency requiring only £ 60- 80.00. But nevertheless that the service is good and i manage to find suitable accommodation base on my deadline. Thank you.

For the first time I went to interlet I was hesitant to pay an upfront fee. But after having no luck looking for accommodation in my price range which was pretty low I went back to them again on a very tight deadline. My consultant was very welcoming and she made me 4 appointments for the same day. I liked the third one so did not even go for the fourth one. I would recommend them to all.

I went to Interlet last November to find a property to let. I paid the £100 fee for them to find me a suitable property and to date i have only had 1 viewing.

My e-mails have been ignored and when I did manage to get through on the phone all I get are lame excuses. I left many messages for them to call me back but they never did. I have now given up trying to find anywhere through them, I am just wasting my time. It's a shame the site would not let me give them 0 stars. Save your money - DO NO USE!

I have had an excellent experience with interlet. Both Sophie and Vitor have been a pleasure to deal with. Any problems I have had at the property have been dealt with immediately and the have done everything one could wish for for a pleasant tenancy. Therefore I have no complaints or negative feedback to leave and have left the rating of excellent.

We have been let down by a potential landlord so we were desperate to find a place to stay. We came across interlet’s website and decided to visit their office. They seemed to have a lot of properties but we were double minded about the fee. Yelisha reassured us and promised to find us a place very quickly. She seemed nice and friendly so we decided gave it a try. We took the first place we saw! Yelisha asked as to spread the word about interlet – definitely worth trying!

they charge you 100 pounds with the promise of setting you as many viewing as they can, truth is they won't. I am really disappointed because the service provided was unsatisfactory, because despite the need I had to find a room as soon as possibile they only set for me two appointments, they gave me wrong informations about both offered room (for the first one the wrong adress, for the second one wrong details and wrong underground station).
The worse part is when I tried to make contact with them to inform them that I wasn't satisfied with the rooms I saw, I haven't been able to do so: I called more than once, I left many messages, they never got me back, they never care about my needs and what I felt about the room they offered. I define this a very unsatisfactory service.
As I know the fee I paid is not refundable and it is really a shame because the service provided me is not worthing a single pound.

As written before me: they say they have a lot of available rooms at very bargain prices but then once you've paid and you subscribe they are all already let! that's a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID THEM!!!!!!!

Very bad service and all the properties I wanted to view had conveniently been let already or were no longer available after I paid the fee although they assured me they were available until I paid. I never did get to view anywhere in my chosen area and gave up and went elsewhere

Very bad customer service. Make sure you read your contract. Lots of hidden costs.!
