Your experience with Ludlow Thompson, we have been with them for 3 months, especially their oval branch has been horrendous. When you walk in without an appointment they just stare at you or ignore you. The office in crowded and noisy, with no client seating. Everyone's got plugged in mobile headsets so your unsure if they're talking to you or their mobile. In all of our dealings with Ludlow they've been slow to respond and arrogant in their approach when dealing with us.
