I was looking to rent a property in the area, enquired within however received very bad service. The young lady didn't know any information about the properties available or anything about the local area. In the end she told me to come back "when the boss is in". She could't be bothered to help she was more interested in her mobile , as she was texting all throughout on her mobile, didn't even bother to look up ! Never received such poor service.

Instead I went to Martin and Co down the road where they were more than happy to help. The difference between the two estate agents is clear.
