Shady business. Phone line disconnected, shut in the middle of the working day, never answer emails or calls anyway when the line was connected. Raised rent although the flat was falling apart and never responded to calls for help when there were safety issues. We went a month without a fridge after it stopped working. Problems getting deposit back is common too. Reported to Property Ombudsman who says they were expelled in the recent past.

Do not use this company! The places look great and cheap but the agency have no clue what they are doing! I lived somewhere for a year and I asked constantly for an electrician to come and look at my heater that was burning and smoking they sent a handy man! I asked for a copy of the electrical certificate from moving in until leaving the flat was an hmo with 3 unrelated sharers they told me this wasn't needed which was incorrect! So we were left in a potentially dangerous flat
After leaving the property I had to chase daily for my deposit and this took several weeks to get back! Awful!!

Terrible agency with a shocking post-rental customer service. This agency evicted me from my house with 10 minutes notice due to a 'complication' they had with the landlord. It has taken 3 months and constant chasing/emailing/calling to get my deposit back - twice they claimed admin errors for the delays and said the error had been resolved. At all costs, I would avoid renting/letting a property with this agency.
