This business, if you can call it that, is a total shambles. I was asked to come to the office Old street to sign for a room, which i had agreed to sign for with an agent. It was an hours tube ride from my office. i got there half an hour before he was due to leave, with the last message from him being "see you in a bit".
when i arrived, after calling my agent 5 times, and texting him, all without reply. there was no sign of him, and his colleagues said he was out..at a house viewing. turns out he had left 30 mins previously, with another client and sold them the house i had come an hours journey for. his response was 'sorry, i got mixed up'. There was little or no remorse from him, he later went on to say, 'thats just the industry, i'm sorry'.
