Have been managing my two flats on the Elthorne Estate in Archway for the past six years. During that time nothing has been too much trouble and my flats have never been empty for more then a week.

On initial contact the team were more then obliging and helpful with a professional but friendly approach. We have had a fantastic experience working with Drivers & Norris, particularly with Josh and James at the Holloway branch. They've been attentive, helpful, quick to respond and very efficient when it comes to things like organizing inventory check in's and sorting out paperwork. If you're a landlord looking for someone to look after your property and ensure there are no void periods, I highly recommend these guys.

Having dealt with 6 or 7 letting agencies in London so far, I was not really looking forward to moving house again. However, my experience with Drivers & Norris was incredibly pleasant and refreshing. Very professional, great communication and impeccable customer service. Josh (from the Holloway office) went that extra mile just to make sure everything is perfect throughout the whole process, and that I am settling in nicely. A very good experience overall.
