I have just sold my flat through Rayners and they were superb. David worked extremely hard on my behalf, always going the extra mile. He and the team, Alan and Denis, were able to pay me much more attention than the larger estate agents and I felt that they invested in me as an individual. I had previously let out my property for 12 years through Rayners and they looked after it well; they even went out of their way to make sure that my tenant of 8 years found a place she was happy with.
