Latimer

Before we moved in to our flat with Latimer they were extremely polite, professional and helpful.

However, now we have moved in they couldn't care less. They are our letting agents, and since moving in, we have had a few problems with our flat. We have so much trouble contacting them. Every time we call they say they are busy, and that they will call us back, but they never do. For at least the past month they have said this every time we call. We are now thinking about reporting them.

We have had this problem in our flat persistently now for months, and they will do nothing about it. They are now rude to us on the phone because we have complained to them about their customer service, and their unwillingness to help.

They are completely unprofessionsl, rude and unhelpful.

I would recommend that you do not rent a flat with Latimer if they are going to be managing your property, because they are completely useless.

Dreadful customer service.
