They can improve by communicating properly using a named member of staff who pro-actively maintains contact with their clients, rather than the client having to chase them up. Their use of multiple Hotmail accounts makes one wonder what they have to hide. In any event, they need to make themselves available at times convenient to the client. According to AllAgents.co.uk CityFox are ranked 11828 out of 12571 in the UK - that's probably 742 too high.

– dysfunctional
– offers handled terribly
– hidden charges

agents ever. Broke EVERY rule in the book. Complaints now escalated to Trading Standards, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA).

If you want to buy/sell AVOID these guys:
– Non-existant communication
– Not pro-active; a sloth might be more effective
– NEVER available for contact; rarely returned calls/emails.
– increased property price after survey, property off market

I don't think I've found a less helpful estate agents, ever. There was necessity of constant chasing and checking to make sure even the simplest of tasks had been completed and in 99.9% of cases, nothing was done until prompted.

There were no updates sent out as well is what I consider vital information sent out by email instead of a phone call. Multiple email addresses from free public services, indicate to me a less than reputable system of communication.

Overall, I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole ever again.
