DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. AVOID AT ALL COST. Poor service in every aspect and they do not return calls/emails in particular to tenants with issues re their flats. This is by far the worst real estate agent I have come across in London and would not ever use again. I have recently read in reviews that other tenants had problems getting their deposit back from this agent. Had I seen these reviews, I would not have rented with this agent as I now worry about the hassle of getting mine back.
