Definately greedy people, even as far as estate agents go. I would advise you to stay away as they make your time a nightmare. Don't expect any service if things go wrong. Definately won't be recommending them.

Please could you be more specific with the nature of your complaint, we have procedures in place to deal with these and will do all to resolve if we feel there is a valid issue. Our business has been built and steadily grown over the last decade by providing an excellent service to all our clients.
I am inclined to believe that this is not a valid complaint but one of our competitors.

Absolutely awful estate agents - moved out after a year just to avoid having to deal with them. Dangerous apartment (ceiling falling in), awful awful customer service and did not want to know after handing over the money! Now are trying whatever they can to get money taken off our deposit. Atrocious, greedy service DO NOT USE THEM!
