Prime Lodge Estates

I am a happy landlord with two properites managed by Primelodge Estates for the last 5 years. We have had no problems with recieving our rent and changing the property rental price as the market has increased in the last 5 years.

They are a complete joke. They offer a service contract to which they pay not even lip service. Any intervention is slow, expensive and needs to be both instigated and chased by you. They cant be rlied upon to forward the rent, they fail to inform you of important changes. They are excellent at fobbing you off and eventually screen out and stop returning ur calls. Keep away. Nearby porter Glenn are far superior.

Our experience with Primelodge was appalling. House was rented out to what I can only presume are criminals (garden littered with copper piping shells after they left), the place was a state, no inspections carried out (despite assurances), front door half broken down and left unreported. A very stressful experience. And all they were interested in was their money. Steer clear.

Unfortunately Prime Lodge Estates do not deliver on their promise of 'High Calibre Tenants", what they consider to be a professional person lord only knows. They have repeatedly placed drug users and
vandals in our block. They do not care about the type of tenant they place or the effect this will have on landlords or neighbours, but they do care about one thing - money.

One can only assume that the person who gave this agency a rating of 10 works for them. In the meantime they should be avoided at all cost and struck off the N.A.E.A.

primelodge were very fast to rent out my property. The tenant they gave was a working professional, i am very happy with the over all service, and would recommend this agent to others

Quick to respond initially and very friendly, but service very poor once tenant is in. Rent always delayed and needs chasing and no inspection visits carried out even when fully managed. They have cheap rates, but you get what you pay for and I would not use them again.
