One of the more terrible estate agencies. The Director appears to have sever issues and will get very aggressive over simple requests, this has the results of the whole agency being horrible to deal with, they'll turn off phones, try to keep holding deposits unless you chase them and threaten with court action and are very difficult to escape from, so do yourselves a favor do not use Abode unless you love hell!

How to improve? everything really!

Appalling customer service. Failed to show up for a viewing although I received an email confirmation of the viewing that afternoon (the viewing had already been rearranged once at agent's request). When agent was 10 minutes late I called her phone, which went straight to voicemail, and I left a message to say I was at the property. I did not receive a callback: not that evening, not the following day, not when I called the office, and not when I emailed to make a complaint. Avoid at all costs.
