From the outset, Victorstone was very attentive to our property search. The staffs were extremely cheerful and efficient with every communication. They had good knowledge of the property and the landlord, and was able to answer our questions accurately. I was also very impressed with the way negotiations were made with the landlord on our behalf regarding the entry date etc. Recommend!

I was pleased with the overall service I recieved from Victorstone and would recommend them for sure. However I do think their 6 weeks damage deposit is a tad high compared to other agents; but I did get mine in all full so I cant complain there.

Victor Stone really disappointed us in the way they handled our departure from the flat. We had to wait for more than one month to receive our deposit (minus an ehorbitant cleaning fee) back, a month during which we emailed, called, and went to the agency in person, only to be directed to other people (conveniently absent from the agency at that point) or to be told they'd call us back (they never did). We had to threaten complaining to official, regulatory bodies before the deposit and a receipt from the so-called professional cleaning agency were sent to us.
We were shocked by how dismissive the staff were and how unwilling to respond to basic inquiries they proved themselves until we threatened to complain officially. With the fees we paid, we expected better service! Avoid at all costs!

I am disappointed to hear that you are dissatisfied with the level of service you have recicved from us. How however for your information Victorstone do not hold any deposits. They are either forwarded to the legal owner or handed over to The Dispute Service. If in your case you raised a dispute this would have been done via one of the approved schemes. Therefore Victorstone cannot be held accountable for the delay in returning your deposit.
