Loft Lets

just finished my tenancy as I'm moving north received my deposit promptly. the flat I rented was in really good condition with no major problems.

As a long time tenant, I have come to rely on Loft Lets for their expertise regarding the property. This is especially true when they offered me invaluable advice when renting in the area. Any issues that have arisen over the years have been dealt with swiftly and promptly. It's a pleasure to say that his help extends beyond the signing of the lease stage.

I would definitely steer clear from these agents. They took a down payment from me with an agreement that i signed and said the property i viewed would be taken off the market immediately. An hour later they called and said that they had given it away to an earlier viewing- despite me offering above their initial offer which did not meet the asking price. No consultations, no apologies. I am still waiting for my refund whilst i carry on the search. I would save yourself the heartache and go with a more professional service.

Loft Lets are by far the worst letting company I have ever dealt with. I have rented for almost 20 years and have seen some pretty bad ones. All I will say is DO NOT use them. Read other reviews on the internet and you will see why not! You have been warned. My full-rant review is on another website but it still boils down to the same thing- AVOID!!!

Seriously bad. I would never want to deal withthem again. just type in loft lets review in a search engine and see what a terrible reivew they get. Rude, Ill informed and Sneaky.
