Really helpful and friendly, gave good tips on looking after my sons bike and put my new bike together for me in quick time. Also available to solve my bike problems quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price.

Genuinely knowledgeable about bikes, really friendly to me and had my bike done in minutes, I would recommend going there even before more well known bike retailers. They even explained the issue and things I may need to watch out for in future.

Bought a bike on Tuesday told the assistant we needed it for a charity ride London to Brighton on Friday. The assistant said the cannondale bike would make it there and back and charged us £140 on Thursday had to take bike back as gears we’re not working he changed the gears said everything would be great now. On the ride to Brighton the back wheel buckled after the first 10 miles. When I took the bike back on Saturday the man was very rude and told me it was my fault I must of been riding it up and down pavements. These guys have no problem in ripping people off their only concern is in making money not interested in people’s safety

We went to the shop 13 August, hoping to fix 2 children’s bike tyres new. Few days later we went again to put air in one tyre as they didn’t fix it properly. All 3 workers were rude and told us to take it to a mechanical car garage. I had kids with me and they were screaming at us. Children got scared. We didn’t do anything bad. We just said thank you and left quietly.

Visited the shop on Saturday hoping to pick up a part for my bike and support a local independent businesses. However the guy who works there aged about 45+ was very very rude.

- No customer services skills what so ever!!!!

I went to a larger well know bike shop and I received great service.

Took my bike in and it had a fantastic service. Rides so much better now. Lent me a bike to get to work whilst it was being done too.
Great shop and a kind genuine guy.

I bought my DD bike from Little Biker Boyz (So cheap) and I get my older road bike serviced there too. Their service is great - the Techs are polite and attentive -At my former shop, I used to have to drop my bike off and wait several days before picking it up. They attempt to get it done same day and in many cases, while you wait. Great place and the owner very friendly and polite.

The people working there are not proper bicycle mechanics. I brought my Brompton bike there for a simple puncher. The shop attendant tried to take off the Tyre with a screw driver. He managed to break seven spokes. He could not even put the wheel back on. He then blatantly lied and said that the spokes were already broken before I left the bike with him. I am sorry but one or two broken spokes might have been unnoticed but not seven! The next workshop (a proper one this time) I took the bike confirmed that my wheel had been destroyed by an incompetent mechanic and that I should report them to Trading Standards. I tried to get some money back for them but they wouldn't have it and even tried to intimidate me. In brief, these guys are cowboys.
