I went in to the store to buy a second hand bike. I was served by Sam who was friendly and professional. He had a nice manner and did a great job helping me with my purchase. I went away a happy customer. I also get a Free service on my bike in 6-8 weeks and 3 month warranty.

Enormously helpful. I bought stabilisers for my son's bike and they put them on for free and really took care to make sure they fit just right. Very helpful and professional. Thank you.

Came in right on closing to ask if I could get my stubborn pedals changed and they did it for me right away for only £5, and threw in a free sample tube of grease for my other bike that I was also going to change the pedals on. I went to a few other closer bike shops to get the other (fairly new) bike's pedal's changed when they proved to be difficult as well, and they were all going to charge £8-15, and then couldn't even get them off!

very overpriced,!! reckon they even charge you to pump your tires! couple of meters away , in the valley, is a bike shop, much cheaper and great service, at least they friendly!

Had an issue with bike took it in to this shop and they were really busy but still found the time to sort the bike out and repair it there and then. I hope they are like this all the time? I will return!!!

I rang up today just before the Easter Hols and Umesh was very helpful and pleased to sort out some repairs. Far from the usual grumpy pre-holiday attitude, Bike Store offered me a refreshing surprise and I shall become a regular customer. Keep up the good work, lads !
