The first time I went it was great, I got sent back all of the originals and copies in separate envelopes so I could figure out which ones are the originals and copies easier. Paid for about 100 copies or more

However, I asked for the smaller photos to be made the original size in copies, but they were made the same size as the bigger copies. And there was errors in a few copies like the eye colour being different. They told me to send them back and I forgot to send the originals and in the meantime I forgot which copies I sent off and found a few more ones with printing errors.
I had someone I know give them all of the originals again so they could copy the ones that I sent the copies of. I was very grateful that they were going to do another copy of the error ones and the ones that were without error looked great so I was happy with those parts of the service.
When I received the package after it was one big envelope with a mixture of originals and copies and I had a lot of originals and a lot of copies missing, with only a handful which had one original and one copy of each. The package also arrived bend on the ends and taped with brown tape on each side as far as I remember and it didn't look professional

I called them up and they assured me that they saw their co-worker put all of the photos in different envelopes and labeled each envelope. They kept saying the same thing every time I raised my concern and I gave up and said that I'll triple check every photo.
I did so and a while later I called them again letting them know that I checked and so on. They assured me again and I asked them to check again and they said they would and will call me back.
They didn't call me back and so I called them and nobody picked up.
I wanted to ask them if they saw the person that gave them the package do anything to it, asked for any of the photos or copies, or if the package was opened when they received it, etc.

Now I don't know what to do. A lot of the copies and originals are missing, I spent £112.50 to get copies done, and it seems like they either didn't check or they're not bothered to call me to let me know or to pick up the phone. I didn't say anything for so long because I though that I'll just take the copies that have been made, but that's £80+ or so down the drain and I don't know what to do...
I also sent off the receipts with the originals as proof that I paid, but Snappy Snaps Kingston kept them instead sending them with the next package...

had passport photos done here but had a terrible time trying to renew passport on line - web site was fussing about size of photo. Went back to Kingston shop & incredibly helpful gentleman called Jan took new photos & uploaded to wretched government web site - he gave me a code, e mailed me & from then on it was easy to renew. May I suggest that staff ask if people are going to renew via Post Office or on line? Have been to the shop many times over the years & always received excellent service, for example I had dozens of old transparencies (slides) which were transferred to photo prints. Highly recommended.
