Used this shop for 20 years. The staff are friendly and know all their products without exception. But, what I love about the staff is that they really care about animals. They are more than shop staff. I love the way the long standing locals pop in for a chat when passing. If you need advice about animals or animal products this is the shop to go to. Excellent value for money.

Bought a dog basket here - good selection and price. What I liked about this store was thyat the staff didn't pounce on you when you sent it they let you browse. However, when I asked for help they were there straight away and gave good advice which saved me money. I bought a basket but changed my mind, took it back and changed it for another with absolutely no hassle. So I would definitely use again!

Friendly, helpful service at all times. Nice mix of stock for cats and rabbits (and I'm sure for other pets too). Pleasant local shop to visit.

Having recently moved to Clapham my family and I were so pleased to discover this shop, we have used it several times, to purchase a garden pond,a hamster, several fish & lots of things for our new garden, the staff are wonderful, very friendly and most helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them!

This shop isnt well supplied compared to others in the local area. Also I find the staff disinterested and unwilling to help. Although it is my closest I now prefer to travel a bit further for a better service. The stores cat is rather nice though.

I purchased 3 fish to join other fish I already had. 1 died within 1 day and the other two had Ich (white spot) which spread to my other fish (I didn't know wht it was)I called in to let them know and they were uninterested and unhelpful.
Travelled to Pets at Home on Purley Way; they gave me free advice and treatment for the white spot which has cleared up nicely. All my fish are doing nicely now but no thanks to Manor Aqautics.

I love this pet shop i bought a hamster from them and i told them i had never had one before so they told me and my mum how to take care of it and it lived for a long time about 4 years until i got a cat he didn't eat it though,it just broke it's teeth
and died.Anyway they gave good good advise to me and i'm going there again to get another hamster.also they told me what gender it was and what i need to get for it.
