The Mutz Nutz has been in Notting Hill for years and has always had a wide variety of treats, collars, toy's and beds, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and the grooming services are amazing my dogs usually get a wash and a nail trim and every time they both come back tails wagging and smell fresh

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!
The Mutz Nutz is the worse groomers, my poor dog came back traumatised, distraught and with a swollen eye which she didn’t/couldn’t open. My dog, Luna was dropped off at 11am and some four hours later I was called to say to come and collect her. I don’t know why they kept her for so long other than I agree with the review below, they overbook just for profits and keep the dogs crated until they are able to get around to them. The owner said someone called and left a message to come and collect her, this was not the case, I had no missed calls and no voicemails, my phone was by my side the whole day. We had to take Luna to the vets as her eye was so bad and the vet has confirmed she has a cut of her eye and is now on various medication for it. As well as groomers they are also offer a dog day care and have a cat in the pet shop, so I’m concerned Luna has got the scratch from another animal she has come into contact with or by one of the groomers fake nails which were incredibly long and in my opinion is a health and safety issue when they are washing/cutting the dogs. The owner has taken no responsibility whatsoever but instead is insisting that she must have got the cut on the walk home, which was 5 mins, I know nothing happened on her short walk home. The owner was incredibly rude on the phone when I made her aware of how bad Luna’s eye is and raised her voice, talked over me the whole time and has handled the situation appallingly, at no point have I been offered a refund or even offered that they would cover the vet bill other than it’s not their problem! I am a member of the Cavaliers of London group and have notified all cavaliers owners who are on this group but I need to warn others too! This groomers will always have availability if you call them to book an appointment but I beg you do not take your dog here, please go elsewhere.
