I loveeeee getting my dog groomed here! Excellent costumer service and the grooomer makes my dog feel so comfortable. The cut is immaculate which is why I return continuously.

We have had a few visits to this groomer and I have to say the service has been outstanding everytime we have been. They listen and are willing to do as you ask. They have actually been the best we've been to here in London. When there wasn't something not quite right, they were more than happy to change it there and then. Staff are friendly and their knowledge of their products is also excellent. We feel comfortable leaving our dog with them as he is also not the easiest customer to deal with. They never complain about his bad behaviour.

Worried about this place. After a few grooming sessions here, my dog is stressed even coming within 100 metres of the place. He had a huge cut wound near his eye the last time he was there - I didn't discover it before I got home and the groomer didn't mention it. I have seen other owners struggle to get their dogs to walk through that door. The grooming is always nicely done but something must be going on to make the dogs this scared. I now take my dog to Creatures down in Broadway road - we have been 3 times and he walks in & out a happy dog. Dogs can't talk so be careful.

Today I took my Cat for their 'Deluxe Grooming Service'. My Cat has had 10 years experience of visiting various pet groomers and this was her 1st visit to PP. They did a dreadful job! Long bits of fur left, ears full of wax and she was covered in cut fur. Not a happy Cat,not a happy customer.Big N

Response from Pet Pavilion Director
The review by Rae really is terribly unfair. Cat Grooming is a delicate affair and needs the co-operation of the pet. As all owners will know, pets can be unpredictable and on this occasion our customer's cat was perfectly relaxed until mid way through the treatment. The cat then became stressed and extremely un cooperative. The cat was allowed to rest for a time to reduce its stress but after a while it was clear, continuing with the process was untenable. Our customer was advised that we thought it best to complete the grooming on another day and our fee was reduced by 50% to compensate for the inconvenience of having to return. We simply can never guarantee to ignore an animal's well being in the interests of "getting the job done". We've been caring for all manner of pets for 16 years and we really do know when things are best left for another appointment, in the interests of all concerned. Rae was offered every assistance and we're disappointed that despite this she feels as she does.

Our offer to complete our task with no further cost still stands.

I've found these people excellent. They are more expensive than my previous groomer but she was a one person business. Some of the dog food is dearer than Tesco but they are always helpful and seem to know stuff.

I was amazed to discover this review from some time ago about Pet Pavilion. Have to disagree.

My wife and I have used Pet Pavilion for many years. Not only are they such lovely people but they do a great job with both our long haired chihuahuas and our ragdoll cat. The animals love going there and find it a happy relaxing environment. We have tried other places but find the bespoke customer service at pet pavilion just fantastic. They treat our pets like kids, what more could you ask for.

Thank you Pet pavilion.

We can always trust you

I have a 14 year old shetland sheepdog in desperate need of a good bath and thinning out. I arrived at Pet Pavillion and was very upset by the atmosphere of the place. Dogs and cats were being handled very roughly, lines of small cages were full of shivering dogs waiting to be collected, the cages contained no water. My elderly dog was lifted very roughly onto a high table and put into a kind of noose allowing no movement at all. I soon decided I couldn't leave my dog here and scarpered. A friend later told me her dog hates coming her to be washed, cringing at the door. Please don't even think of leaving your precious pet with these people.
