Big store but everything is so hard to find the staff are more intrested in talking with each other and looking at there phones !!!!!!Not Impressed..and would not go back....

Not impressed service was a let down expected a lot more for one of the leading outdoor retailers wanted to buy some boots however the sales assistant said i should see a podiatrist and recommended a retailer in kensington called Altimus as i needed wider fitting boots I am glad she did they took a lot more care and managed to find some boots that fitted me properly (Altberg). I guess it all worked out for me in the end.
