Lack of customer service skills, I recently went to the store on 3 different occasions to return parts of my order ( I wasn't completely happy with) that I placed online. The 3rd time I visited the store to return some items for refund, the staff that served me was unwelcoming and made a very rude comment in front of other customers by saying "your just ordering the same stuff and returning them" which was completely incorrect as none of the items I returned were the same. All items I was returning was within my 14day return period and had the invoice. Felt extremely uncomfortable, offende
