My delivery from microscooter had not arrived in time for Xmas. I rang London Joggers, West Ealing who said they had some in stock. In store I explained I needed a children's scooter with a joystick. They had the scooter but not with a joystick but they had an adult scooter with one. They tried to transfer the joystick from the adult scooter to the children's one. They did everything they could to help. The joystick couldn't be removed from the adult scooter but they can order me one.Bought the scooter and will order a joystick. My son will now have a scooter for Xmas. Thx so much. Great st
