Paid for 2 seats to Pakistan on pia...
Gave me the booking ref no/pnr but no ticket no...
They then cancelled my booking and denied it.
Got my cousin who works for pia to see what was going on and he said until you get the actual ticket no, nothing is confirmed...
We fly in 1 weeks time and they have been promising ticket no's for the last few days...if I don't get them by today I'll be booking them through a different company and contacting the police and there bank and reporting there fraudulent activities..
I advise all others to do the same..

Never trust them , they be very nice to you when you purchase ticket but once purchased they dont issue tickets. They tell you that they get tickets from the bulk so it will work out cheaper for them and many other excuses. Its very simple that once you have paid you should get you tickets straight away buy thats not the case with them. If you read their reviews and still purchase tickets than you are a big fool .
I was about to purchase tickets from them but thank god i didnt but unfortunately my friend did and now after a month he still waiting for his tickets.

Where do I start, worst company I have ever used in my life. Booked and paid for my tickets, got them one month later after about 20 phone calls. On top of that, they sent me back home on the wrong flight, I paid for a Sunday return but they gave me a ticket for a Monday return as its much cheaper for them. I have all the recordings of my dealings with its members, I wish to exploit this fraud of a company and with these recordings you can hear the never ending lies.

Worst experience ever, booked tickets 2 months ago from london to islamabad. Paid around £1300. They have been promissing me that i will receive my tickets in a week. Last month they told me that my tickets were booked in bulk so i will have to wait till 29th August. I waited till end of august and now i am being told that they will be available by9th september. They are not giving my money back either. They have been swearing at me and my wife over the phone. They don't even bother to answer calls and keep you waiting for over 15mins and them hang up on you. Never trust them. cheats

I purchased tickets with airbridge travel for myself and my 2 children. The entire procedure was a pleasant one , and the staff are very helpful. It did take them longer than usual to issue the final tickets but the manager and staff especially agent Mr Salman Amin were very reassuring and I received my confirmed tickets on time .

Will be using them again In the future.

Absolutely atrocious service from airbridge travels. They will take your money and you wont see your tickets. Their call centre is in pakistan but registered in uk. They have no shame and will lie to you through the skin of their teeth.

Payed full payment in march to Airbridge travel for 2 tickets from UK to Islamabad via Qatar Airways, they had said my 2 tickets will be emailed to me in mid April, which they never, contacted them regarding this, they always came out with loads of rubbish such as tickets will be issued by evening, now starting of May I still am getting the rubbish as my tickets will be issued in the next few days, I say people who are affected by this scandal should report theses dodgy agency to the media which will be published in the UK and Pakistan and reporting them to Airline and Travel Agency ombudsmen

I purchase four tickets for £1884 only to find out that Airbridge Travel cancelled my tickets without my consent, resulting in me spending another £1000, asked for a refund and was promised payment on 23/03/2015 but nothing. They ignore my calls and emails, please don't use as you'll be out of pocket.

This company is complete rip off. I booked my flights to return on the 19th April and when the kind lady at the PIA checking services said I was coming on the 29th. I was completely shocked phoned airbridge travel and they said they will put this right and retook all the family passport numbers. I was assured this will be sorted and it never was. Phoned again from Pakistan no response. Got back to the Uk a week early and I had to pay 945. I simply asked them for refund after sending in receipts and they still I was not due a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Absolute fraudsters, DO NOT USE! You might get ticket or not, but why take risk? Pay a bit more and get better deal, actually ticket
I booked my ticket with Airbridge to Pakistan back in Jan 2015 for travel late March using Oman Airlines. The ticket wasn't cheap £665 however I mistakenly thought that this was a reputable company. I am still waiting for refund, they are happy to take all money but when I ask for refund it takes 3-6 weeks. My reference is ABT/040115/6186 so genuine customer and they are absolute scum people who will constantly lie to your face DO NOT USE!!!

This is the worst company that I have used and I consider myself well travelled. We travelled in October 2014 still waiting for refund of money owed. Paid for transfers before hand, no one at airport had to pay again!! Paid in advance for hotel, no payment by Airbridge we had to pay again!!!!!!! Constantly chasing them for money back.... NO customer service or care whatsoever.... only improvement would be to close down. Say they will call me - never do. Very disappointing. I also wish I had seen these other reviews before I booked my mini break, I would never have used them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS YOU WANT TO TRAVEL ABROAD!
THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!

We booked 4 tickets to Italy, and were old we would receive confirmation closer to the date. A week before our holiday we still hadn't received anything, made several phone calls everyday asking for the confirmation email and they kept saying they would send it. 1 day before flying, we called them again and they claimed our flights had been cancelled. WE HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT!

We received no advance warning, they didn't even sound like they cared!
No compensation.

I booked a flight to Prague via Airbridge Travel - they managed to get the flights correct but when I got to the hotel found they had booked the hotel for the Sunday and Monday nights (not Friday/Saturday as they should).

Despite saying they were in the wrong and would refund me since it was their mistake, they now just ignore my e-mails asking where my refund is. Having read a few other accounts on the web, they would appear to be a pretty disreputable business and so I would urge everyone to avoid them at all costs - because otherwise, it will end up costing you more in the end.

WORST TRAVEL AGENTS EVER. I have booked my family and my sisters family from Manchester to Lahore for December 2014. The tickets were paid in full 3 months ago. We have not recieved any tickets. Called them 1000 of times. Been on hold for numerous amounts of times but never got the tickets. Also i paid them £100 extra by mistake. They have never returned that amount even promising me on the next day pay back. I will HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this company. My worse experience in the last 14 years of travelling.
3 months is not called having a bad day.

Booked holiday to Prague through groupon.The small print said we had to contact Airbridge Travel.When we did they told us we would have to pay a further supplement of £160.They also tried to sell us transfers & trips which thankfully we declined. When we had heard nothing two weeks before travel we contacted the airline and the hotel and were told we were not booked in. We made lots of phone calls usually being asked to leave a number and they would get back to us.They never did. We had time off work but no holiday.12 months on still no refund. It has taught us to read reviews before paying.

I recommend Air Bridge Travel to everyone because I had very good experience doing a little business with them. I bought 5 tickets for my family at a competitive price and when I tried to change the return dates, I found the staff very helpful and the made the changes without any extra charges.
I will continue with them and suggest everyone as well.

This is the worst travel agent I ve ever seen. Big cheater from customers I bought the tickets from lhr to bkk then I cancelled the ticket. They said I cant refund the ticket and they can only refund the tax amount so I waited for 3 months then they said they cant refund the tax amount as well..they are big cheater from customer.

You purchased 2 tickets from us around 5/6 months back. if you go back in your mailbox and find the quotation letter which was sent to you prior to your booking with us, it states clearly that all tickets are totally non-refundable. we also informed you over the phone of which we have number of recorded telephone calls that your tickets are totally non-refundable and this was informed to you before you took the decision of cancelling you tickets. kindly first check the facts before putting up negative reviews about our company

I booked a flight with this travel agent 1 month in advance for my mother who is 67 years old, I paid £1471 for business class with PIA. On the day of the flight we went to the check in who informed us that this ticket does not exists. I called the agent who informs me that I have not paid, I was furious my mother was getting stressed out. I had to buy another ticket from PIA on the day so she can continue with her journey. DO NOT USE AIRBRIDGE!
-we had to pay supplement for flights and dates we wanted
-turned up to Italy without a transfer that we were promised, called AirBridge to be told that someone would call us back and no one ever did. Eventually found out the company that do transfers have apparently stopped that now.
-had to pay a lot more on bus/train/taxi to finally get to hotel. Resulting in an extra £150 either way.
-could have potentially ruined a very nice weekend
-We are now going to try to claim back the money we spent on transfers as we have not yet been refunded for the no shows

Looking forward to going on holiday...don't book with airbridge travels. We booked our holiday 4 months in advance so we'd have plenty of time to prepare. In the last 2 weeks they told us our flight had been cancelled. After calling constantly and being fobed off by saying someones going to call back, we threatened with our legal team and the police and finally went away after paying extra and changing times and dates. It was an absolute nightmare. I'd rather pay extra than book with this pathetic company ever again!!! My mistake for not reading reviews before booking. Keep away!

Just returned from DisneyLand break where I booked hotel & park tickets for group of 11 people. I found it easy to search and book with AirBridge. The fees are reasonable, descriptions accurate, and processes very simple. Did not have any issues. The communication was good and provided all details to throughly facilitate check-in.
Overall, my first experience with AirBridge turned out to be a good one! Completely satisfied!!

Overall satisfied with service and prices, although being concerned about using airbridge travel I had no major problems with them. I was very worried about using airbridge Travel and only checked the review pages AFTER booking. I was very worried about this but needn't have worried as the e-tickets were issued shortly after I deposited the money into the account. I had some communication problems dealing with the call operators.

I have booked trip to Malta with friend of mine and unfortunately the trip one day before departure was cancelled without informing us!!!! I have called them to confirm all booking .. There was NO BOOKING MADE AT ALL!!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE company. Do NOT book through Airbidge travel. They did not send me any confirmations, I had to ring and ask for my flight confirmation 5 times before it was finally sent. When I arrived at the hotel, they had not made a reservation. I had to pay double for the hotel, and was then transferred elsewhere because it was full. 5 months later and I am STILL waiting for a refund on the double pay on hotels. I ring up every week and get told the same thing: that my refund will be in my account by the end of the week. 5 MONTHS LATER AND IT IS NOT. Atrocious.

Do NOT use this company! I purchased a trip to Budapest through Airbridge travel, was charged a supplement for the flights I wanted, and also extra for a tour. 1:They forgot to book the flights, so I had to change my dates. 2:THEY FORGOT TO BOOK MY HOTEL!!We arrived in Budapest in the middle of the night to find that we had no reservation! It was only through the kindness of the hotel we had a bed for the night! 3: What tour?After repeatedly phoning Airbridge trying to sort out the hotel we were promised tour vouchers that were never delivered - as the extra was 2 x £30 I was pretty irate!

Warning!!! Very poor service offered by Airbridge Travel. Myself and a friend booked a trip to Budapest through Groupon with Airbridge Travel. Initially we were annoyed that we had to pay extra to get the flights we wanted but we paid it anyway. We then had terrible problems trying to get them to send us our flight confirmation. After 3 weeks and countless phone calls and emails they sent us our confirmation and low and behold it was the wrong flight times. Airbridge travel accept that they booked us on the wrong flight but refuse to change them as they will have to pay Ryanair. Shocking!

I had booked a flight over the phone paid a £200 deposit as I was told by the sales executive Ali it's a special fare deal! I had not received any confirmation of booking or invoice regarding this deposit! I received an email stating full payment is required. When i called them i told him to take the full payment from the same card. The money for the deposit had been taken out of my account and paid into air bridge travel account! They did not take the full payment so I did not recieve any etickets. So I emailed the sales executive Ali and asked why I had not received any booking reference number or confirmation! He then tells me the deal has ran out and the bookings have been cancelled by Etihad Airline! If there was a booking made in the first place the airline will always offer u alternatives as not to lose custom. He has clearly not made any booking and taken my £200! When I asked for a refund he said it wil take 4-6 weeks and refused to email me stating this refund will take place until I mentioned I will get the police involved! Please avoid this travel agent at all costs.. They can not deliver what they advertise or say! They are not even ATOL protected!! Bad customer service and will tell you lies to make the sale! AVOID!!
