The worst customer service I ever dealt with

I would be very happy to advice people do not even think about buying a ticket to fly with this company called air algerie ,first they charge so much and second they always run late and the service is very low and from when the Pandemic started they sold thousands and thousands of tickets and they knew that no flights will be available and only few hundreds got their refund, it's a very corrupted company .

Bought tickets on Feb 2020, flights were cancelled due to covid 19, and since then I'm struggling to get a refund, fill up a form online, few automated emails ... you'll receive credit vouchers refundable after 31/03/2021, at the end nothing, no vouchers, no refund.... People who bought their tickets from thier offices in UK had their money refunded, for those who bought from their website got rubbed as the British law doesn't cover them.
