Booked the Festive Lunch Cruise on 9th Dec.
The driver Phil was there on time, very friendly and made you feel very welcome.We had a lovely drive down to Southampton. The boat trip and lunch was very good 👍 the food was hot and well cooked. Poor Phil had a nightmare drive back, but keeper his cool, keeper us informed about what was happening. This only our 2nd trip with you but will definitely be travelling with you next year.

We have travelled with Jay and Kay for more than 6 years (48 trips to date), both home and abroad and cannot fault there professionalism, care,consideration and thoughtfulness to each and every passenger.
Every Hotel is checked out by the Owner and he always asks for feedback, especially if the Hotel is a new one in the brochure. On the odd occasion that a Hotel has had negative reviews, he has 'pulled out' and has found another one in the area. This shows great customer care and a good relationship. He is always willing to listen to other people's points of views and gain wider experience from their feedback.
The Drivers are always courteous,helpful,knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful,and willing to go the extra mile, with a keen sense of humour, which puts the passengers at ease. This must be an art as you cannot please all the people all of the time.
The Shop staff all also hand picked as they are indeed always helpful, kind, courteous and thoughtful, which today, is a pleasure to behold.
Another redeeming feature is the 'Door to door' service offered by Jay and Kay, which alleviates so much hassle and no feeder coaches, which often you have to endure from other coach companies.
To date, we have been on 20+ Day trips with Jay and Kay, to many interesting places and there are convenient 'pick up points' to incorporate the area in which you live.
All in all, a big thank you to everybody at Jay and Kay.

We went to Bournemouth for the reunion in January, this was our first trip with Jay and Kay, and it wont be our last,
The Hotel, the food, the staff, the view, and our room, was fantastic..

Extremely disappointed in the choice of hotel we were eventually placed in as the original location was booked up. Found this out very late. The service at this hotel was almost hostile and I did not feel like a paying guest.

This our first holiday with you was first class ,the holiday we sprnt with you was as if the whole coach of people was treated as a family WELL DONE tOM lYE.
