Surrey Guns

Stay well clear of this company.
I ordered an air pistol with some attachments for my club from Surrey Guns over two years ago. Despite paying promptly we have not received the whole order (though after a year and a half we did get the pistol itself). I email, send Facebook messages and phone regularly. Generally this is ignored, occasionally there is an acknowledgement that the items should be sent but nothing is done.

From talking to other people in the shooting community I know I am not alone in receiving this kind of treatment from this company. Avoid if at all possible.

Wow stepped across these reviews amazed I have been a regular customer of Surrey Guns for about 2 years never had a problem alwways helpful best prices in UK on Target gear won,t give a 10 always room for improvement LOL

I note one of the reviews here imtimated legal action ? I investigated two sides to every story all I can say is very happy highly recommended.

No ones perfect but Ive tried most gun shops in my local area and SG has made me a repeat customer give em a try

I would not buy anything from this company again - their after-sales service is appalling. When I had a problem with my gun they accused me of breaking it myself, and it was only after a formal legal letter that they agreed to look at the problem. Eventually the gun was repaired and returned with no apology for their accusations.

Took my son because of a faulty silencer on a air rifle, and they turned on my son accusing him of damaging it, I had to defend my son,I couldn't believe it,we had jet bought I few hours ago and already they changed their attitude, he just kept deny it until I alms. Lost my cool that he decided to fix it for us.I would rather spend abitmore and go out of my way then go back to Surrey guns
