W1 Office

A very serious lack of communication. I would not trust this company as they have shown no professional ethics, conduct or courtesy in my experience.
They need to focus on improving customer care and maintaining good relationships through effective communication.

Great website, but email queries are being replied with 1 week delay. I couldn't contact the manager over the phone nor find out when she/he would be back. When I asked for a refund I was asked to read my credit card details over the phone. I could never trust them with my business correspondence.

We are using W1 Office since more than a year now and are very happy with their Virtual Office solutions: Mail forwarding business address, live Phone Answering and telephone/fax services. We have also once used their meeting rooms and conference facilities. Great service.
