Our vacation house in Greenhithe got infested by ants this year. It was such a frustration for us. There were ants coming out of every corner and counter. They were practically on holiday with us. The pest exterminator was friendly and polite and came over the very next day after we called and he was totally comfortable around our unruly dog. The chemicals are naturally derived and kid/pet friendly, so you can have peace of mind there!

We bought a house recently and we were battling some squirrels. However, I was reluctant to call a pest control service because I genuinely don't want to harm these animals. But after some time and many try and fails to relocate them, I finally got the courage to pick the phone. I thought they would just laugh at me and hang up. To my surprise it was quite contrary, the polite lady on the phone informed there was no problem with my request, because their usual treatment IS to relocate the animals and not kill them. The bugs in our basement were really bothering us in general and we finally decided to call Fantastic Pest Control. There was a short inspection of the property and then a follow-up session was done for a complete removal of the nasty bugs. We received instructions on how and where to look for signs of infestation. The staff were nice and friendly and did a swell job.

I think that the firm was pretty professional but I do have some small remarks about the whole process, hence the 8-star rating. The service was good and the bug were fully removed but the organisation of the crew seemed a bit off and not fully though out.
However, those are minor things that need polishing so don't listen to my blabbering. I recommend the firm if you need a quality pest control service.

I know that dealing with bugs is not an easy task and that is why I wanted to thank the team for the great performance. They came with their chemicals and sprayed all over our place. We had to stay in a friend for a day but it was well worth it. There is no sign of any bugs and I do appreciate the safety they provided with their work. Lovely stuff, use them if needed.
