I spontaneously decided to get my hair done. Walked in and asked if anyone was available there and then, luckily the manager was free. Very polite and well mannered. Constantly assuring if I was ok. Haircut was cut to perfection.
Only suggestion: it would be a very good idea if there was a sole admin/receptionist. This will prevent disruption to a clients time.

I have been going to Tammana's from past six years and travel all the way from Kent.
The girls are very friendly , ensure one is comfortable and recommend solutions. The manager is a very bubbly girl and flexible to special requests. I would recommend improving lighting in upstairs treatment room for waxing and eye brows.

I had a full arm wax, lovely staff but the lighting in the room isn't great so it's impossible to get out all the hairs.
Other than that, professional service.

I really enjoy my visits and experiences in the shop. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the staff are polite and friendly also. The quality of treatments and offers are always affordable which is why I always return for stuff such as haircuts and waxing. The shop is always clean and pleasant to be in and overall offers an amazing service. I will defiantly recommend this service to my friends.

I think that the time management is very poor. I have waited for a really long time to get my eyebrows threaded. I had a manicure and pedicure and it wasn't done correctly. I rather go to the Chinese shops.
I think the manager is very loud and the salon and the staff need to wash their hands after they have eaten, the smell was unbearable when I was having my threading done.
If you are going to charge a lot for your services then make sure you can offer that professional service.

I'm disappointed they have now stopped offering the 'any haircut any length offer for £10'.
They now charge £12.50 and if wanting thinning an extra £2.50 on top.
I have very thick hair so now have to pay 50% more every time I go for a haircut.

Time management needs to be maintained. Though I had a pre booked appointment I wasn't seen until 20mins after. My waxing felt rushed and it really wasn't done very well. I still had hairs everywhere and felt I paid too much for what I had done.

I have been going to Tammana for over five years for full facial and also for my hair cuts,always done by the manager who has a great personality.I travel seven miles to go there.I find the staff very polite and warm and welcoming and always pay attention to what i want doing. What more can you asked for they are there to please you. I am happy i always get my monies worth.

I have been going to tammana hair and beauty for the past four years for my waxing and haircuts i love going to this salon the girls are very friendly and very sweet, i have the mananger cutting my hair all the time she does a lovely job she is very polite and very professional and actually pays attention to what i would like done to my hair and also gives me suggestions what would suit me better

I have been having my haircut with tammana hair and beauty for about five years now i think on green st it is one of the nicest salon i have been to the staff are very professional and very organised

I went in for hair cut. this was dne by the manager. i waited 1hr 45 min coz i didnt pre book. Hair cut lasted 5min and looked like my hair was just choped off at ends. Thought manager was rushing.., un friendly, loud and un professional. Rest of the staff were amazing.

Poor poor poor time management. Even though I made a appointment in advance. Was made to wait for ages. What was the point of them booking me in if they can't do it at the time promised. Really bad.

Should receive what you pay for. I paid 55 pounds for a full body wax and it was not a good job at all because I had hairs still left pretty much everywhere. As I could not see at first and as they saw me a bit late I was not able to wait around as I was running late. They did not see me on time but 15minutes later. They should provide what the customer pays for.
Cleaning after wax. I had wax everywhere and it was very difficult to wear my clothes as well as clean myself up at home. I could not ask because she left as soon as she was done.
It was my first time and I will never go back!

The staff are very friendly however time management needs to be sorted out. Appointment times should be adhered to otherwise it can leave customers very angry and disappointed. Fairly clean and tidy. Products and equipment are also good.

Poor time management. If this is sorted, sufficient time for quality service can be provided instead rushing through a facial, waiting 15mins for the beautician after changing and extremely rushed facial!!! Worst facial I ever had! There is no proper equipment for facial as well! Extraction was done in a dark room!
