Sandra Webb

This is the botched-up haircut I was subject to by Sandra Webb's hair salon... wait for it... from a SENIOR stylist! This is by far the worst haircut I have EVER received from a hair salon. So, if you want your hair to look like this... go to Sandra Webb's hair salon... if you want awful customer service... go to Sandra Webb's hair salon... If you want to see a different hair stylist every time you visit... go to Sandra Webb's hair salon. If you don't require professionalism... go to Sandra Webb's hair salon. I would not be stepping foot back in this awful place even if it was the last salon. I'm just annoyed that I actually paid for this foolishness. NEVER AGAIN!!! And even when I tried to contact the salon to discuss my haircut she was as cold as ice unwilling to give a refund, just another haircut...??? ... to suffer at the hands of another stylist, no thank you! Oh, and to add further insult. Apparently, the stylist does not work for her, she is self-employed.

I went for a wash and cut on a Thursday afternoon as a new client. My stylist was Vicki who did an amazing job on my hair and taught me some useful tips. She was very gentle, quick and professional. I was out in 1 hour 15 mins. I have never left an afro hairdresser in such record time.

Sandra Webb Salon is in an ideal location. Just minutes away from Clapham Common Tube Station. The salon itself is very welcoming and the staff are friendly. I always have my hair done by Sandra, although she cost more than the other stylists I am always confident that when I leave my hair will look fab!!

Oh yeah the chairs that they wash your hair in massages your back. Great but I did on one occasion fall asleep in the chair. LOL!!!
